This course offers the dental team an awareness of treatment options for the treatment of a patient who is taken ill during the course of treatment under conscious sedation.

Covering areas such as Analphylaxis during sedation and other forms of treatment whilst treat the sedated patient. As well as this the course also offers each member of the team the CPR, AED and Medical Emergencies components of their Core CPD.

Also covered by the course are the use and contraindications of emergency drugs and advice on airway management techniques to be deployed in an emergency setting, as we as practising make up emergency scenarios with in your dental practice.

The course takes 6 hours (1 Day) to complete and on successful completion each delegate attending will be able to claim 4 hours Verifiable CPD and 2 hours General CPD.
