This course is aimed at people who work in Nursing homes, Residential Homes, Hospitals, Doctors and Dental Surgeries. It is a half day course which covers things such as correct movement, posture and the familiarisation and practice of lifting and moving equipment.

This course is a must for those who deal with moving and lifting patients/people on a regular basis,  on completion the candidate will be able to move a patient effectively and understand the risk of incorrect handling  thus minimising potential harm to the patient or worker
