Meet the Management Team

Christian Holdsworth-Smith - Managing Director

Christian is the Managing Director of First For Medical Training Ltd with the responsibility of the day to day running of the business. Christian has been training in Basic Life support, AED and Emergency resuscitation for over a decade. He has worked as a Trainer/Consultant for many prestigious companies. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge with a passion to share it with all our clients. Christian is also a City & Guilds Instructor and Assessor. He is also an Instructor Trainer.

Paul Sturman SRP – Training Manager

Paul has been a State Registered Paramedic (SRP) for over 15 years in the NHS working in a wide and varied capacity. He is responsible for all course implementation and development as well as running our Southern office. Paul is a fully qualified City & Guilds Instructor and Assessor with numerous years of experience.
