'I just wanted to write and let you know how much I appreciated Christan's approach, manner and professionalism during my EFR (HSE approved) First Aid At Work course, that I did the last week in July 08 at the Dive Bureau, in Harrogate.

Christian used his sense of humour to make the course materials much more enjoyable. And I found that four days of training went very swiftly. I had a great time with the group. Even though the ratio of women to men was 1:8 during the sessions, I felt incredibly comfortable and relaxed in the learning environment, all due to Christian's inclusive and approachable teaching style.

I would highly recommend Christian and his business to anyone else who was seeking to do this course. Both prior to the course, and since, he has been so helpful and supportive in providing information and guidance. And, more recently, in establishing his students in work, and supporting their development as FAW Instructors.
