What are the Prerequisites for the Instructor Course?

To enter our 4 day Instructor course, you must be 18 years old. No experience necessary but experience in training, coaching and teaching would be useful.

How Long Does the Instructor Course Take?

The Instructor course takes 24 hours over a period of 4 days.
